  • Reformation provides a detailed factory list that includes the factory name, country, address, supplier type, total number of employees, and the last audit conducted.
  • Reformation has also dedicated itself to remain accountable to working conditions by aligning their practices with the Transparency Pledge and participating in Open Supply Hub to share supply chain details.
  • In their 2024 Impact Report, the brand shares that they have 100% traceability across Tiers 1-2, 99.8% traceability of Tier 3, and 14.8% traceability of Tier 4.

Fair Labor

  • Reformation discusses their fair labor practices in their Supplier Code of Conduct.  These practices include no child labor and/or forced labor, lack of discrimination, etc.
  • Reformation annually audits their factories.

  • To improve Fair Labor, Reformation should ensure that the majority of their clothing makers across their Tier 1 factories are being paid a living wage. They used to track and report their progress on living wages but their 2024 Impact Report includes no mention of it.
  • Reformation should also implement more well-being programs within their factories. These programs can include a housing allowance, transportation, healthcare, etc.

  • They measure and disclose their carbon and water usage publicly.
  • Reformation has been water-neutral since 2015. They have partnered with Bonneville Environmental Foundation on emission reduction projects that support clean energy infrastructure and forest conservation.
  • Reformation works closely with their partner printers, dye houses, and tanneries to ensure the responsible use of chemicals, water, and energy.
  • Reformation invests in a circular economy by providing free clothing repair in store and reclaiming services, which allows customers to send back their clothing for in-store credit.
