  • ARMEDANGELS partners with The Sourcery and TextileGenesis, a traceability platform, to achieve transparent supply chains, achieving 100% traceability for some materials, such as organic wool in 2023.
  • ARMEDANGELS employs Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HR+EDD) systems to evaluate standards of partners and the impact of products, both on humans and the environment.

  • ARMEDANGELS implements 8 labor standards as established in the Code of Labor Practices of the Fair Wear Foundation.
  • The brand employs a risk scoping system to evaluate both performance and risks of countries and factories where their products are made.
  • ARMEDANGELS shares wage levels of the factories they work with and evaluates actual wages being paid twice per year. Furthermore, the company has a living wage project and collaborates with Fair Wear Foundation, an organization that promotes fair wages and working conditions in the fashion industry.
  • If suppliers do not cooperate with ARMEDANGELS’ standards, they have a process in place to work towards compliance or terminate their partnership.
  • A number of factories ARMEDANGELS partners with provide worker benefits, such as free transportation, free preventive health care, death care, and free psychology consultations.
  • ARMEDANGELS has also invested in well-being programs at the community level by providing assistance in the form of premium payments, or free high quality non-GMO seeds in a project (completed in 2023) where 500 farmers in India transitioned from conventional to certified cotton.

  • For ARMEDANGELS, one of their top sustainability priorities is the production of high-quality items to increase longevity, higher circularity, and to be an agent that initiates changes in the fashion industry through lifestyle changes.
  • ARMEDANGELS measures its carbon emissions and works with a biogas project in India as part of its carbon offset initiatives.
  • The brand uses natural fibers, such as organic cotton, linen, recycled natural fibers (wool), recycled fibers and cellulosic fibers.
  • ARMEDANGELS uses mono-material over a blend for higher recycling rates.
  • The brand has developed t-shirts that come with a circularity ID and 100% recycled cotton DetoxDenim products as part of their Spring ‘23 collection in an effort to close the circularity loop.
