Transparency
- Reformation provides a detailed factory list that includes the factory name, country, address, supplier type, total number of employees, and the last audit conduct.
- Reformation has also dedicated itself to remain accountable to working conditions by aligning their practices with the Transparency Pledge and participating in Open Apparel Registry.
- In addition to their factory list, Reformation can improve transparency by including information about the individual textile mills they utilize.
Fair Labor
- Reformation discusses their fair labor practices in their Supplier Code of Conduct. These practices include no child labor and/or forced labor, lack of discrimination, etc.
- To improve Fair Labor, Reformation should ensure their workers are being paid a living wage.
- Reformation should implement more well-being programs within their factories. These programs can include a housing allowance, transportation, healthcare, etc.

- Reformation works closely with their partner printers, dye houses, and tanneries to ensure the responsible use of chemicals, water, and energy. Their goal is to have 75% of their dyers and printers be Clean Chemistry certified by the end of the year.
